Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead afternoon/evening maintenance operations in Snowmass Village. You will supervise 4–5 Maintenance Technicians, provide training, and ensure safety and service standards across properties.

The role demands hands-on leadership with strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and hospitality operations, plus fluent English/Spanish communication for coaching and direction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance, engineering, or facilities experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a bilingual team of 4–5 Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide hands-on training in building maintenance, safety, and guest service standards.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Property Management teams.
