2020 Companies is seeking a bilingual Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant Energy services at retail locations in Elsa, TX. You will engage with customers, identify needs, and drive enrollments while working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a base pay with uncapped commissions and a weekly earnings range.

Earn between $1,000 and $1,350 per week on average, with top earners reaching around $2,500 weekly. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to meet sales goals.

Formación

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak Spanish).
• Strong experience in retail/event sales or event marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup and teardown of events.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
