Brillante Academy in Mission, TX is seeking a founding elementary teacher for the 2026-2027 year (Kinder–4th grade pool). We focus on a bilingual, classical-plus curriculum that develops the whole child and builds a joyful, rigorous classroom culture.

You will lead bilingual instruction, support student growth, and partner with families while helping establish school-wide systems and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas teaching certification with bilingual and/or ESL endorsements (or enrolled in alternative certification by first day).
