Banda Group International, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an EHS Bilingual Trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain environmental health and safety training programs with a strong focus on construction safety. Ideal candidates will be comfortable presenting to groups, coaching teams, and tailoring content to meet client needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2–3 years EHS experience on large construction projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 510/500 preferred.
• Experience delivering construction safety training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver training to large, diverse audiences.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EHS training programs, including construction safety orientation and regulatory compliance training
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and documentation
• Lead orientation sessions using PowerPoint and Office tools
• Provide regulatory and proprietary training for large industrial construction sites
• Customize training content to meet client-specific requirements
• Collaborate with field teams and project management to reinforce safe practices
• Maintain training records and provide progress reports
• Communicate clearly through reports and public speaking
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly to management
• Support safety briefings and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
