Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual EHS Supervisor to lead safety training and environmental programs across on-site locations. The role focuses on developing and implementing health, safety, and emergency management policies to ensure regulatory compliance and worker safety.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in environmental safety and experience in training groups, with a preference for a master’s in health physics or industrial hygiene and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental safety, occupational safety, or related scientific field required.
• Master’s degree in health physics or industrial hygiene preferred.
• Experience with statutory and regulatory requirements for the state of employment; travel to work sites may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Routinely manage classroom and on-site safety training programs.
• Ensure employees receive appropriate safety training for their work.
• Investigate and monitor accidents and incidents involving safety, regulatory compliance, or security issues.
• Lead incident response policy development, training, and implementation.
• Inspect worksites and equipment for safety and regulatory compliance.
