Jobot is seeking a dynamic EHS Manager in North Carolina. The role requires 5+ years in EHS within manufacturing and a bilingual Spanish speaker to lead safety programs, audits, training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental Science.
• 5+ years of experience in an EHS role within manufacturing.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must and CSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure standards.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for all employees.
• Manage document control to keep EHS records up to date.
• Lead the EHS team and provide guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operations.
• Manage regulatory relationships and respond to inquiries/inspections.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the organization.
