SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual EHS Manager in Rhode Island to plan, direct, and implement the company's safety program, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. The role requires Spanish bilingual abilities and leadership of safety training across sites.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with 5–8 years of experience, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a willingness to travel as needed.
Bilingual EHS Manager
The EHS Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the organization safety program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident‑free work environment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four‑year college or university with 5‑8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
