Job summary

Head Start of Yamhill County is seeking a dedicated professional to plan and implement a weekly home-based program for 8 to 11 children from birth to 3, and their families.

Responsibilities include coordinating integrated services across child development, health, nutrition, and parent involvement using the Head Start curriculum, with bi-monthly group activities and strong emphasis on trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care and early childhood education.
• Ability to plan and implement home-based learning using the Head Start curriculum.
• Experience or training in social services or parent training preferred.
• Willingness to learn Developmental Parenting and ethical practices per NAEYC.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
