Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
• OSHA 30/OSHA 511/OSHA 501 training required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in environmental health and safety in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety programs focused on employee safety, regulatory compliance, accident prevention, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify unsafe conditions and environmental concerns.
• Assist with safety training, new-hire orientation, toolbox talks, and employee education in both English and Spanish.
• Support OSHA, EPA, industrial hygiene, respiratory protection, PPE, and internal safety requirements.
• Participate in incident investigations, hazard assessments, corrective action tracking, and documentation of safety activities.
• Maintain EHS records, training documentation, inspection reports, and compliance materials.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, supervisors, and employees to reinforce safe work practices.
• Support industrial hygiene activities and exposure prevention programs.
