Qualifications

• No prior EHS experience required; training and guidance provided.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing company safety policies, procedures, and site safety programs under the guidance of EHS leadership.
• Participate in routine site walkthroughs to identify hazards and communicate concerns.
• Support job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and other safety planning activities.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, meetings, and training in English and Mandarin.
• Help employees understand safety requirements and reinforce safe work practices through clear, respectful communication.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations by gathering information and tracking corrective actions.
