Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Bilingual Learning Home Visitor to support parent-led coaching, educational sessions, and family services through home visits. The role includes recruiting during outreach events and coordinating with a coordinator to enroll families on a rolling basis.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least two years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Two years of related experience in early childhood education or family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts home visits five days per week with parents and children; sessions held twice weekly.
• Maintain confidential case files and weekly home visit reports; track materials and referrals.
• Recruit for enrollment and participate in outreach events to support rolling family enrollment.
