Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Queens, NY seeks an Early Education Specialist to join CHCF's ECEI team. The role is hybrid with a 3-2 on-site/remote schedule, coordinating with Queens providers to coach home-based childcare professionals and manage a caseload.

You will train and assess providers using FCCERS-3 and CLASS, develop coaching plans, and collaborate with the ECEI Director to improve program quality and outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, psychology or related field.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Aspire credentialing and T-TAP credentialing within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Build respectful, culturally aware relationships with each childcare provider.
• Manage 15 caseload providers with regular assessments using FCCERS-3 and CLASS.
• Develop individualized coaching plans based on best practices and provider needs.
• Provide targeted technical assistance and connect providers with grants and partners.
• Facilitate at least two training workshops per month and participate in events.
• Maintain documentation, data entry, and progress reports for the Director.
• Commit to CHCF values and NYS Coaching Competencies in daily practice.
