The role involves conducting group and individual counseling, coordinating attendance and billing, and preparing reports for approval while maintaining top-tier client service and adherence to Title 9 regulations. This is an in-person position.

Competenze

• Bilingual required; must communicate effectively in two languages.
• Experience facilitating groups and conducting individual counseling sessions required.
• Public Speaking experience preferred; ability to engage audiences.
• Demonstrated effectiveness leading a team.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in DUI programs.
• Completion of Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) education program.
• Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor is required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate for a fast-paced, customer-focused DUI program.
• Oversee supervision of counselors, administrative staff, and participant activities.
• Process attendance and billing; run and submit reports for approval.
• Ensure client services meet high customer service standards and DUI policy compliance.
