Job summary

The Gresham-Barlow School District seeks a Teacher – Elementary K-2, Dual Language (DLI) for North Gresham Elementary School, a 195-day contract. The teacher will deliver instruction in Spanish for most of the day and support English language learners.

Requires Oregon teaching license with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement and full bilingual/biliterate English/Spanish, with ESOL endorsement preferred. This temporary position begins 08/25/2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Requires State of Oregon Teaching License with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement
• Must be fully bilingual and biliterate in English/Spanish
• ESOL endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Teaches K-2 with dual-language instruction in English and Spanish
• Develops lesson plans and uses diverse instructional methods
• Administers and prepares students for state assessments and reports progress
