COMPASS is hiring a bilingual Spanish/English DSP / Coordinated Family Support Specialist to help adults with developmental disabilities live more independently while staying connected to family, culture, and community. You will work directly with clients in their homes and communities, teaching life skills and advocating for clients' needs.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, an associate's degree or 3 years in human services, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pass background check

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
• Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services
• Valid driver's license (3+ years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!)
• CPR & First Aid before hire (we'll pay for it!)
• Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!

Bilingual DSP / CFS Specialist

Starting Pay Range: $22.50-$28.50/hr
