Job summary

Compass Llc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to support an active client who enjoys being out in the community and attending events. The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Full-time position with day, evening, and overnight shifts; competitive hourly pay with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401k with match, and transportation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Reliable vehicle and insurance coverage.
• Background check and drug test cleared (paid by Compass).
• CPR/First Aid certification before hire (paid by Compass).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to an active client in the community and during events.
• Assist with daily activities, mobility, safety, and transportation as needed.

Schedule & Pay:

Day and evening shifts (8AM–12AM). Overnight shifts (12AM–8AM) paid at standard rate. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• valid driver’s license (3+ years)
• reliable vehicle/insurance
• background check/drug test (paid by Compass)
• CPR/First Aid before hire (paid by Compass)

Preferred:

Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs.
