Qualifications

• Familiarity with computers, smartphones, routers and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints per policy and ensure resolutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and on time.
