Job summary

CSL Vifor in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking an assistant center-level agent to prepare donor, donor area and equipment for pheresis processors. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and support a safe, efficient pheresis operation.

The role involves preparing autopheresis machines, monitoring the donor and process, and ensuring accurate data entry while complying with SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience in a medical/health provider environment or equivalent.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to alarms.
• Disconnects the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintains alertness to donor reactions and notifies staff.
• Uses PDA to record incidents and link equipment to donors.
• Records donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
