Job summary

Via Mobility Services is seeking a bilingual dispatcher in Denver to support our transportation programs for individuals in need. You will handle data entry, dispatch drivers on routes, answer calls, and communicate information with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Positive customer relations skills with good decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

The primary goal of this role is to provide information in a timely and efficient manner.Starting pay range for the role is $22.61-$29.05/hour*Based on years of Dispatcher experience*We have 1 full-time opportunity.
