Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Kent, WA for an onsite, 5 days/week schedule from 5 AM to 7 PM. The role supports last-mile delivery operations by coordinating routes, monitoring performance, and communicating with service providers, clients, and internal teams.

Bilingual Spanish is required, with weekly wages paid on W2. The position involves route planning, carrier management, customer service, claims support, billing validation, and compliance duties, with growth potential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, or operations experience.
• Knowledge of route planning and transportation operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor route execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track truck movements and update route tools in real time.
• Verify route readiness, dispatch status, and load completeness.
• Identify delays and communicate exceptions to leadership and providers.
