Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote well-being.
• Support participation in community outings, social activities, and day programs.
• Arrange safe transportation to and from day programs and events.
• Participate in structured day programs that promote socialization and independence.
