Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime therapist for in-home sessions with autistic children, mostly weekday afternoons and evenings. Clients are matched within 30 minutes of your location, offering a flexible schedule and a gradually growing caseload.

You’ll work under credentialed supervisors, engage physically with children, and use a phone or tablet to collect light session data while enjoying mentorship and training reimbursement. Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.
• Bilingual Spanish-English.

Responsabilités

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
