Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy seeks a part-time in-home DIRFloortime therapist to work with autistic children. You will engage in 1:1 sessions in clients' homes, build trusting relationships, and collect session data with a mobile device.

Requirements include bilingual Spanish-English, reliable transport, and ability to play with children. Training and supervision are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor) and create a safe, supportive environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children in-home.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through attuned play.
• Collect light session data using a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with credentialed supervisors for ongoing support.
