Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate in-home DIRFloortime therapists to work with autistic children after school hours. This part-time role offers flexible weekday afternoon and evening slots, with some weekend sessions available.

You will build strong relationships through play, document light session data on a phone or tablet, and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors. Reliability, transport, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage physically with children during sessions.
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors
