Kinder Growth Therapy seeks caring individuals to provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children in clients' homes in New Jersey. The role offers part-time hours, with afternoon/evening sessions and some weekends, and a supportive supervision structure.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
• Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime® model

Experience (1+ year required)

• Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)
• Special education (educational settings, special needs)
• Developmental intervention (early intervention)
• Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule

• We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.
• Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
