Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking compassionate, flexible part-time therapists to provide DIRFloortime therapy in clients' homes within 30 minutes of your location. Sessions are typically 2–3 hours and scheduled weekday afternoons/evenings, with optional weekend slots.

A bilingual Spanish-English ability is preferred, with reliable transportation and a valid ID required. You will work under supervision, collect brief session data, and build meaningful relationships with children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
• Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime® model

Experience (1+ year required)

• Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)
• Special education (educational settings, special needs)
• Developmental intervention (early intervention)
• Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule

• We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.
• Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
