Job summary

PECO Pallet, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Depot Supervisor to coordinate and manage all activities within the depot in PA. The role requires leadership to improve safety, productivity, and cost through Lean Manufacturing/5S principles.

Direct supervision of depot personnel and collaboration with Team Leaders are essential. The ideal candidate will ensure KPI reporting, adherence to SOPs, and continuous improvements while maintaining a safe work environment and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing/OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities required.
• Experience with 5S and safety procedures is important.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise depot operations, ensuring safety and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to ensure SOP adherence and Lean implementation.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve morale.
• Oversee safety training, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in maintenance planning and equipment performance.
