Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• 1–2+ years of dental office experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix or similar).
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Professional, organized, and confident with patients.
• Sales/closing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
