Mynt-Dental is seeking a Dental Business Assistant Receptionist fluent in Spanish to join a modern, fully digital practice in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on front desk operations, patient check-in, scheduling, and ensuring accurate records in a fast-paced dental environment.

The right candidate will have at least 6 months of dental front desk experience, be fluent in Spanish, and be available some Saturdays and after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience at the front desk of a dental office.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Must be available on some Saturdays and until 6:45pm on weekdays and 3:45pm on Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Front desk duties in a dental office, including check-in and scheduling.
• Greet and assist patients, manage phones and patient flow.
• Ensure accuracy of patient records and insurance information.
