Benevis's Franklin Dental and Braces - Dalton is seeking a Part-time Bilingual Patient Coordinator to manage front desk duties at a busy Dalton, GA dental office. The role emphasizes friendly check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and compassionate patient service.

You will greet families, update records, coordinate with clinicians, and help schedule follow-ups while supporting bilingual Spanish-speaking patients in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental/physician office experience preferred.
• Experience with children’s dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients and caregivers with quality customer service.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet patients/parents and keep waiting areas clean and organized.
• Inform patients about appointment progress and reschedule as needed.
• Update Boomerang files and ensure correct patient information.
• Coordinate with clinicians to enable same-day care when possible.
• Assist in meeting office financial targets by maintaining schedules.
• Schedule follow-up operatory and recall appointments.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff; take messages as needed.
