Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process deliveries with hand-held devices, collect signatures, and ensure vehicle readiness and security. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include handling returns, maintaining vehicle and device security, and supporting customer service and merchandising tasks as needed. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet the company standard.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using hand-held devices and collect signatures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out return slips.
• Report maintenance needs or vehicle damage to store management.
• Assist customers and merchandising tasks as needed.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
