Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes collecting COD payments, taking back customer returns, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will process deliveries with hand-held devices, clock in/out per policy, and support in-store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company 14/18-point criteria.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Process deliveries with hand-held devices and capture customer signatures.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Assist customers as needed, including cashiering and merchandising tasks.
