Bilingual Delivery Driver Associate (Spanish)

This position works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering products from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using company vans or trucks.

Job duties include contact with customers, which may include minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables, with supervision or unsupervised access. A criminal history review is required to ensure safety and protect company operations and reputation.

The role is based at Store #2625, located at 642 Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC. This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours per week, with a starting salary of $15.00.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting suitable products
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain work order files and formulas
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintain vehicle condition
• Follow routes and schedules, comply with traffic laws and safety procedures
• Prepare delivery reports and operate equipment such as trucks and forklifts

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
