Harvey Nash is seeking a Data Specialist to oversee the creation, maintenance, analysis, and governance of data within SAP and related business systems. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality while handling requests promptly.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, support business operations, and drive data management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with data analysis, maintenance, or master data management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and streamline company data to support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain new item records for Merchandising teams.
• Perform item maintenance and updates across SAP and other systems.
• Review advertisements and promotions in InMar for data accuracy.
• Conduct analysis of product and master data across databases and applications.
• Create and maintain business partner records in SAP (stores, vendors, employees).
• Support data implementation activities, including testing and validation.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, identify root causes, implement corrections.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and governance compliance.
• Manage data-related reports and resolve errors daily.
• Partner with IT to address system issues and enhancements.
• Assist in training materials and documentation.
• Apply data governance policies and best practices.
• Provide insights on data entry standards and system-enabled processes.
