Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) supports New Yorkers with disabilities and chronic health conditions to stay independent at home. The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Latham, NY, with a path to hybrid work after six months.

You will handle high-volume calls, document interactions, and maintain knowledge of program rules to resolve inquiries confidently. Competitive compensation includes $22/hour plus up to 10% performance bonus and a $500 retention bonus at six months, with Day 1
