Qualifications

• Able to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders in Spanish and English.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Strong verbal and written order taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients between delivery area and storage/ walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders in Spanish and English.
• Take inventory and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
