A leading company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to provide exceptional service and support to both wholesale and retail customers. This full-time role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, authorized to work, and able to communicate in English and Spanish. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #2183, located at 2880 S Federal Highway, Stuart FL 34994. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a salary of $17.80/hour. Additional locations include:
