A leading company in paint and coatings is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and wholesale customers. Responsibilities include sales service, inventory management, and maintaining product knowledge. Applicants must be at least 18, bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a valid driver's license.
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Store associates are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation. They are tasked with providing excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 15-mile radius of store #705494 (400 Lowell Avenue, #12, Haverhill, MA 01832-3696), store #703478 (209 N. Main Street, Andover, MA 01810), and store #705333 (175 Elm Street, Salisbury, MA 01952).
