A leading company in the paint industry is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Brentwood. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates are bilingual, experienced in customer service or retail, and capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
