Reports to: BeHive Team Leader (Call Center Leader)
BeMobile is hiring a Bilingual BeHive Specialist for our BeHive (Call Center) department. This role is vital for driving traffic, customer outreach, customer service, and supporting retail BeMobile stores.
Requirements:
- Verizon Wireless experience, minimum 1 year
- Bilingual speaking ability
- Work from home with some geographical restrictions
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively, providing solutions or escalating issues. Maintain positive relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Outbound Customer Outreach: Initiate calls to prospects and existing customers to present products/services, highlight features, and close sales. Schedule and execute follow-ups to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Lead Development and Processing: Generate and maintain leads from campaigns, record calls and interactions accurately in communication platforms.
- Professional Communication: Communicate and collaborate with team and BeMobile locations, share insights, and identify customer experience trends.
- Exceed Customer Expectations: Overdeliver on issue resolutions, follow up, and find ways to improve customer experience, sales, and interactions.
