Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 16 mile radius of Store #3132 in West Bend, WI 53095. This is a full-time role with starting pay $19.30 per hour, or based on relevant experience.

You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, process sales, handle deliveries, and maintain stocking and display standards. The role emphasizes excellent customer service while aiming to meet store sales goals.

Competenze

• : Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish is required as well.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
