Sherwin-Williams in Appleton, WI is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers find the right solutions and ensure a high level of satisfaction. You’ll work at stores within a 15‑mile radius of Store #3534, with starting pay of $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting store sales goals while upholding

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from shelves/warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean equipment and areas.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
