Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for service guests. You will answer calls, schedule service appointments, and help customers with questions in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role offers earning opportunities with a base pay of $20–$21 per hour plus monthly bonuses, along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Fast-Track Your Earnings

In addition to the $20 or $21 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

• Up to $275/month Productivity Bonus
• Up to $750/month for Shown Appointments
• Up to $200/month Quality & Call Performance Bonus

That's up to an additional $1,225 per month in bonus opportunities on top of your regular pay.

Required Education and Experience
