Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. You must live within 1 hour of Indianapolis and be fluent in French. A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required, with a pay rate of $19/hr, and the schedule is 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, entering information, and acting as the first point of contact while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and able to communicate clearly with callers.
• 1 year of call center or customer service experience is required.
• Must live within 1 hour of Indianapolis and be able to work from home.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
