What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers of relevant changes
- Communicate effectively while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate assistance
- Work collaboratively with team members and partners to resolve customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and empathetic support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for multitasking during customer interactions
- Open availability to work between 7 am and 2 am EST, 7 days a week
