Job summary

NeighborHealth's Contact Center in Revere, MA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will answer inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, coordinate refill requests, and make outbound outreach calls using EPIC EMR.

Work arrangement offers remote, hybrid, or onsite options with a 40-hour week and a 8 AM–5 PM schedule. We value friendly, patient-focused communication and problem-solving, with opportunities to grow into other roles

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Document clear and concise messages and route appropriately.
• Transfer calls to other departments when required.
• Navigate and document in EPIC EMR to access information.
• Process refill requests accurately and in line with guidelines.
• Conduct outbound outreach calls for clinical departments.
