RegASK is seeking an enthusiastic bilingual entry-level Customer Success Manager (Japan) fluent in Japanese and English to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will support the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional service to Japanese clients and assist in client meetings, notes, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Singapore-based Customer Success team with Japanese client accounts.
• Join client meetings as bilingual representative, assisting in communication, note-taking, and follow-ups.
• Translate materials between Japanese and English to ensure clear understanding.
• Help onboard new Japanese clients and provide support throughout the client journey.
• Coordinate meetings, manage client touchpoints, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Content, and Regulatory teams) to deliver client requirements.
• Monitor client engagement and help track deliverables, usage, and satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support customer reviews and renewal conversations.
• Assist in prospecting activities to support Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success.
