Pillars Community Health in Berwyn, IL is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Mobile Crisis Response team. You will triage crisis response assignments, facilitate hospital placements and discharge appointments, and assist with limited case management and direct client contact.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• 1–2 years of direct client case management or related social/behavioral health experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Triage crisis response cases and coordinate post-crisis follow-up.
• Support hospital placements and discharge planning with crisis teams.
• Maintain client records and logs per policies and KPIs.
• Travel to client locations as needed for crisis response and intake.
