Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a Bilingual Credit Analyst to evaluate financial data and make informed credit decisions for U.S. and Mexico operations. You will support customer experience and business operations while ensuring risk controls.

Requirements include a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years in credit-oriented roles, and fluency in English and Spanish. On-site at our Wisconsin HQ, with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• 2+ years in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of daily customer orders to support Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
