Job summary

Bazaarvoice is hiring a part-time Content Moderator to review user-generated content in English and French. This remote role requires a US residence with authorization to work; TX is preferred.

You’ll train for four weeks, then work a semi-flexible schedule between 16 and 29 hours per week, including weekend hours. During training, the pay starts at $16/hour, with potential to earn more on the pay-per-performance model ($16–$18/hour).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international credential required.
• 7+ years of professional content moderation experience OR bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience considered.
• Must live in the United States and be authorized to work; TX preferred state.

Responsibilities

• Read, assess, and apply codes to user generated content (text, images, videos).
• Maintain performance metrics and reduce coding errors over time.
• Attend coaching calls and adapt to a semi-flexible schedule of 16–29 hours per week.
